Gary "Mac" McDonald
1945-2018
Gary "Mac" McDonald, 72, passed away Friday, February 16, 2018 at the Moncton Hospital.
Born in Moncton he was the son of the late Josephine McDonald and stepson of the late Lorne Colpitts Jr. Gary worked in automotive retail and as the manager of Crow Tires while living in Toronto for 20 years and then worked in real estate when he moved back home. He helped with many fundraisers for various groups over the years.
Survived by children Tammy, Chrissy, Diane, Jeffery, sister Linda Oulton, brother Steven Colpitts (Anise), nephews; Joe, Travis, Shane, Mark and many great nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Vincent.
Resting at Salisbury Funeral Home, 3350 Route 106 (372-4800), where there will be a memorial service, Tuesday, February 20th at 3pm. Interment on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at 2:00 pm in Colpitts Settlement Cemetery.
Memorials to the Lung Association or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
