Earl Stewart Corey
Born at Forks Stream he was a son of the late Nase and Cora (Kierstead) Corey. Earl retired from Canada Cement Lafarge, Havelock as a repairman with over 35 years service. He was a member of the Salisbury Baptist Church and enjoyed walking and gardening.
Survived by his beloved wife of 52 years Dorothy (Kierstead), children Laurel Corey of Moncton, Michael (Kathy) of Petitcodiac, Lenora Kelly (Dan) of Salisbury, grandchildren Matthew and Kaitlin Corey, Amanda O'Blenis (Danny) and Megan Kelly. Survived also by sisters Flossie Hebert (Edgar) of Moncton, Lois Moss (Stanley) of Havelock, brothers Warren (Marguerite) of Havelock, Willis (Helen) and Mac (Pat) of Moncton, Fred (Carletta) of Petitcodiac and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a brother Marion.
Resting at the Salisbury Funeral Home, 3350 Salisbury Road (372-4800) with visitation Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral will be held from the Funeral Home Chapel on Monday May 17 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Dr. Peter Sherwood officiating. Interment will be in the Loyalist Cemetery, Havelock.
If so desired memorials to the Friends of the Moncton Hospital, Palliative care unit would be appreciated by the family.
