Larry Corey
1948-2010
Corey, Larry Venning ,61, of Jemseg and formerly Petitcodiac passed away by accident Sunday July 18, 2010 at White's Cove N.B.
Born in Havelock he was a son of the late Russell G. and Eva (Keith) Corey. A graduate of Havelock School and the N.B. Community College in Saint John he was an electrician with PCS in Penobsquis. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, time spent at the camp, his motorcycle and many hours mowing.
Survived by his wife Judy (MacPherson); beloved daughters Jill Dunfield (Rick) of Petitcodiac, Caroline (Carrie) Corey (Jason Wilson) of Salisbury a cherrished grandaughter Katelyn; sisters Donna Hamm (late Brian), Gail Kincade (Stan) of Cambridge Narrows; brother Luke Corey (Patsy) of Gibbon AB; mother in law Sadie MacPherson of Petitcodiac; sister in law Lynn Pickett of Jemseg and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his brother Nova.
Resting at the Salisbury Funeral Home, 3350 Salisbury Road (372-4800) with visiting Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and from where the Funeral will be Thursday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Gordon Cook officiating.
If desired memorials to the I.W.K. Children's Hospital or a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
