Pamela Mills

1956-2026

Pamela Mills

It is with deep love and sorrow that we share Pamela Eve Mills, 69, of Kinnear Settlement, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, February 12, 2026.

Born in Woodstock, ON, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Eva (Young) Chapman.

She was the beloved wife and soulmate of Carl, the love of her life, with whom she shared 51 years of marriage. Their bond was one of deep devotion, partnership, and unwavering support—a love that was felt by everyone who knew them.

Her heart was fullest when surrounded by her grandchildren, finding endless joy in their love, laughter, and the special moments they shared together. They were her pride and her greatest blessing.

She will be remembered for her warmth, her compassion, and the quiet strength she carried throughout her life. She had a way of making people feel seen and loved, and her presence brought comfort to many.

Survived and sadly missed by her husband Carl, her son Troy (Natasha), her daughter Tanya Murray (Chris), her cherished grandchildren, Hailey, Madison, Ava and TJ; brothers Conrad, Roger (Brenda), and Keith (Mike); sisters-in-law Anna Mills, Carol Chapman, Dorothy Chapman, and Marjorie Chapman; brothers-in-law Fred (Diane), Laurie Stewart, and Donnie Flett; several nieces and nephews, among them, Jody and Jolene, who held especially dear places in her life; as well as her aunt Anah and cousins. Also, caregiver and friend, Joyce Magee, whose compassion meant so much to her and our family.

She is predeceased by her parents; sister Sherry Stewart; brothers William (Bill), Graham, and Garry; parents-in-law Walter and Mary; brothers-in-law Gerald, Larry and Ronald; and sisters-in-law Jean Flett, June Mills and Judy Mills.

Though our hearts are heavy, we take comfort in knowing she is now at peace, free from pain, and forever surrounded by love. Her legacy lives on in the family she nurtured and the love she shared so selflessly.

A Graveside Service will be held at Greenhill Cemetery, Havelock at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of the Salisbury Funeral Home (506-372-4800)

If desired memorials in her memory to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
