Dale Douthwright

Dale Douthwright, 76 of Pollett River passed away Monday, January 6, 2025 at the Moncton Hospital following a brief illness.

Born in Pollett River, he was a son of the late Alden and Myrtle (Kaye) Douthwright. Dale was employed with Fawcett Lumber for over forty years. In his retirement, Dale enjoyed spending time in the woods, hunting, fishing, 4-wheeling, and building many things.

He is survived and sadly missed by his wife Patrica Thibeau; his "favourite" daughter Melissa (Jay); brothers Allen, Rae (Margie), Laurie and Ivan as well as several nieces and extended family through marriages. Besides his parents, Dale was predeceased by his brothers Vaughn and Byron and sister Joan.

Arrangements are in the care of Salisbury Funeral Home (506-372-4800) where a visitation will be held on Saturday, January 11 from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
