Donald Crossman Sr.
1940-2024
Donald Alfred Crossman, 84, of Moncton and formerly Salisbury, passed peacefully in the early morning hours of September 6, 2024, he was called home to be with his Lord and reunited with his lifelong love and wife Jeanne.
Born in Moncton he was a son of the late Alex and Josephine (Mitton) Crossman. A plumber by trade, Don enjoyed hunting and fishing in his younger days and playing music in several bluegrass bands. He loved to entertain people and the Lord used that talent to draw Him closer to him, empowering him to go down a path of service and provide comfort to many.
Survived and sadly missed by his sister Debbie Lane Hayward (Leroy), daughter Janet Carpenter (Jim), son Donald Jr. (Shonda), grandchildren Josh, Ashley, Jesse, Larissa and Kayla, and several great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his wife Jeanne (Savoie) and his brothers Harry Crossman and Larry Crossman.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Salisbury Funeral Home (506-372-4800) where the family will receive relatives and friends Tuesday September 10 from 6 to 8 p.m.. A private family graveside service will be held at Fair Haven Memorial Gardens.
