Joyce Carr

It is with sadness the family announces that Joyce Elizabeth Carr, 78, of Salisbury passed away Saturday, July 6, 2024 at the Moncton Hospital. Born in Second North River, she was the daughter of the late Beryl and Vivian (Henry) Taylor.

Joyce she was a homemaker, she attended FGA, and First Church of the Nazarene. She enjoyed cooking for her family and friends and loved spending time with her family, especially with her cherished grandchildren.

Joyce is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Everett;  her children, Randy (Shelley) and Lisa Fawcett (Bliss); her grandchildren, Joel (Carrie), Alyssa (Josh), Amy (Frank), Josh (Erica) and Jess (Jim); her great-grandchildren, Jemma, Jozie, Lydia, Zara, Amelia, Maggie, Patrick, Charlie, Emma and James; her siblings, Eleanor Butland (Walter), Gerry Taylor (Donna), Brenda Morris , Debbie Hatt (David) and Carl Taylor (Marlene); her step-mother, Olive Taylor and her brother-in-law, Aurele LeBlanc, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, Joyce was predeceased by her sister, Eileen, and her brothers, Harold and Kevin.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Salisbury Funeral Home, 3350 Route 106 (506-372-4800) from where visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at 6pm until 8pm. A funeral will take place in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 11 am. Interment at Monteagle Cemetery.
