Arnold Forsyth

It is with sadness the family announces the passing of Arnold Forsyth, 81, of Corn Hill on April 21, 2024 at the Moncton Hospital. Born on the Creek Rd, he was a son to the late Peter & June (Barton) Forsyth.

For the majority of his working career Arnold did a lot of farming, he also worked as a truck driver, maintenance, owned Sussex Concentrates and always loved caring and working hard to provide for his family. He enjoyed going to the camp, his vegetable gardens, hunting fishing and spending time with his family and friends.

Arnold is survived and sadly missed by his children: Eileen Forsyth (Steve Park) of Cambridge, ON, Vaughn Forsyth of Barrie, ON and Beverly Matthews (Terry) of Kitchener, ON; his grandchildren: April Bevan, Cheryl Goga, Jessy Forsyth, Brittany McTaggart, Peter Forsyth and Thomas Vokey; his 7 great-grandsons and his very special friend, Jennie Steeves.

Besides his parents, Arnold was predeceased by his wife of 58 years, Lottie Forsyth.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Salisbury Funeral Home, 506-372-4800 from where visitation will be held on Friday, April 26^th, from 2:00pm – 4:00pm & 6:00pm – 8:00pm. A Funeral Service will be held at the Salisbury Funeral Home on Saturday, April 27^th at 11:00am. Interment will take place at the Pine Grove Cemetery following the service.

If desired, donations made to the Corn Hill Church, Pine Grove Cemetery or Heart & Stroke would be appreciated by the family.
