Carl O'Neill

  Carl Alexander O'Neill, 84 of Petitcodiac passed away Sunday, February 18, 2024 at the Moncton Hospital.

  Born in Belleville ON, he was the son of the late Carl and Mary Anne (Alexander) O'Neill. Carl was a salesman with Nationwide until his retirement. He was a member of the Kiwanis and Knights of Columbus. Carl enjoyed cooking and entertaining with his many friends and family. He was also very passionate about hockey and spent many hours volunteering his time with the local minor hockey league.

  He is survived and sadly missed by his wife Grace (Holmes); daughters Tammy Foisey (Kenny), Ontario, Kelly DaFoe (Dave), Ontario and Shelley Pirie (Randall), Petitcodiac; son Glen Johnston (Maria), Miramichi; grandchildren Rebecca MacKinnon (Steven), Emily Pirie, Cassidy Pirie and Alex Brown; great grandchildren Fallon Brown and Leah MacKinnon; brother Jack O'Neill (Judy), Ontario and several nieces and nephews.

  Arrangements entrusted to the care of Salisbury Funeral Home (506)372-4800 are being held privately at this time. Interment at River Glade Community Cemetery at a later date.
