Gerald Dunham

Gerald Whitfield Dunham of Hammonds Plains, Nova Scotia formerly of Havelock, New Brunswick passed away surrounded by family on October 24, 2023, after a valiant battle with cancer. He was predeceased in May 2023 by his dear wife of fifty-seven years, Ann.

Dear father to Timothy of Toronto, Sheena (Mark Hinton) of Carleton Place, Jeffery of London, and Susan Spilman (Christopher Spilman) of Hammonds Plains, Nova Scotia. Gerry was the cherished and loving Gramps to Ashlyn Graham (Sam Barnes) of Chipping Norton, England, Anna Graham of Carleton Place, Caleb, Elyssa, Josie and Cooper Spilman of Hammonds Plains, Nova Scotia and newly Grandpa Great to baby Owen Gerald Barnes of Chipping Norton England. Pre-deceased by his parents Gerald and Frances Dunham and survived by his sister Judy (John) Morton and his extended Dunham and Keith family.

Gerry will forever be remembered for his fondness of Country and Bluegrass music, his love of a good game of cards, sneaking ice cream to his grandchildren, his quick wit and hearty big laugh but mostly for his endearing love of his family especially his beloved Annie. Rest easy, we will love, remember and miss you for the rest of our lives.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Armstrong's Funeral Chapel (506-372-4800). All arrangements at this time are being held privately. Interment will take place at the Loyalist Cemetery, Havelock.
