Curtis Dunham

Curtis W. Dunham of Elgin, passed away surrounded by his family on Monday, October 9, 2023 at the Moncton Hospital.  He was the son of the late Curtis and Grace Dunham.

  Curtis retired as a longtime employee of the Department of Transportation, Elgin. After retirement he enjoyed working with Les Stiles in the maple factory and he was also a member of the Codiac Classics Car Club.

  He will be sadly missed by his wife of 50 years Judy; daughter Andrea Keith (Steven); son Jason (Shelley); daughter Amanda Duplassie (Dana); grandchildren Kyla and Brianna Keith, Brady and Cassidee Dunham, Brandon Corey and his son Greyson and Lindsay Robertson; sisters June (Alan), Joan (late Carl), Nancy and Brenda; brothers John (Dallas), Stephen (Anna), Robert (Diana), Harold (late Nancy) and Ricky (Cathy) and several nieces and nephews. Also survived by special friends Gordie Griffin (late Elaine) and family, John and Brenda Carty and Bob Whittle. Besides his parents he was predeceased by sisters Doreen, Grace and brother Buddy.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Salisbury Funeral Home(506-372-4800). A private graveside service will be held from the New Elgin Cemetery. For those that wish to attend, a Celebration of Life will be held on October 14th from 12:00pm - 2:00pm at the Elgin Fire Hall.  Special thank you to the Extra Mural Nurses and to the staff of the Moncton Hospital and Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital.
