Amanda Hopper

  It is with sadness we announce the passing of Amanda Jane Hopper, 43 of Petitcodiac on Monday, September 25, 2023.

  Born in Moncton, she was a daughter of David and Darlene (McMackin) Hopper.

  Amanda worked for Brunswick News for many years. She was very interested in sci-fi, enjoyed cosplay and had a great talent for diamond dots and painting. Amanda had a real love for life.

  Though the world did not know you, Amanda; for those of us who did, you made our lives more richer and fuller and taught us about deep love and kindness.

  Amanda is survived by her parents David and Darlene: brother Robbie Hopper (Tara); sisters Colleen Hopper, Melissa Hopper and Crystal Leger (Remi); grandmother Doris Hopper; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by paternal grandfather Ralph Hopper and  maternal grandparents Donna and Corey Cromwell and Fleming McMackin.

  Arangements are being held privately in the care of Salisbury Funeral Home (506-372-4800).
