Alyre Arsenault

Alyre Joseph Arsenault, 98, of Havelock passed away peacefully on July 19, 2023 at the Moncton Hospital. Born in Roxbury, PEI, he was the son of the late O’Vilda and Carrie (White) Arsenault.

 Alyre loved playing the violin, fishing, gardening and spending time with his family. He retired as an equipment operator with Havelock Lime after 42 years service and attended Saint Jude’s Church in Salisbury.

 Alyre will be sadly missed by his daughter, Judy Cail (Fred); his grandchildren, Tyler (Shelly), Kerri Martin (Jeff), Tanya Arsenault (Brent), Blake (Rachel), Darren (Monique) and Denise Cail; his great grandchildren, Jordan, Hudson, Lila, Sawyer, Braden and Amelia; his brother, Oben Arsenault as well as several nieces and nephews.

 Besides his parents, Alyre was predeceased by his wife Lila; his son, Alyre Jr (Late Marjorie); and his brothers, Ezard and Albert and sisters Gertrude, Sophie, Adeline and Erma.

Arrangements are in the care of Salisbury Funeral Home, 506-372-4800, where visitation will take place from 9:30 A.M. until the funeral service on Saturday, July 22, 2023 at 11 am with Father Phil Mulligan officiating. Interment at Maplewood Cemetery, Petitcodiac.
