Evelyn Wilson

It is with sadness the family announces the passing of Evelyn Wilson, 75, of Salisbury on May 20^th at the Jordan LifeCare Centre. Born in Fords Mills, she was a daughter to the late Charles & Marjorie (Beers) Morris.

She moved to Salisbury at the age of 13. Became a wife (to Bill Wilson), mother, Girl-Guide leader, grandmother and a friend to many.

Evelyn is survived and sadly missed by her spouse, Gerald Colborne; her daughter, Lanny Wilson (Dale); her son, Lyle Wilson; her step-son, William Colborne (Jodi); her step-daughters, Krystyna McMackin and Tammy Tingley; her sisters, Donna Tower and Roberta Green; her brother-in-law, John Marshall; her sisters-in-law, Brenda and Dianna Morris; her grandchildren: Connor, Matthew, Megan, Alex and Jake; her great grandchild, Fallon as well as several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, Evelyn was predeceased by her brothers: Danny Morris, Ross Morris, Vincent Morris and her sister Glenna Marshall.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Salisbury Funeral Home, 506-372-4800. A Celebration of Evelyn’s Life will take place on Friday, May 26^th at 1:00pm from the Salisbury Funeral Home Chapel with reception to follow. Interment will take place following the services at the Pine Hill Cemetery, Salisbury.
