Wilfred Kristiansen

  Wilfred Wallace Kristiansen, 76, of Middlesex passed away Thursday March 30, 2023 at the Moncton Hospital.

  Born in Summerside, PEI, he was a son of the late Paul and Jean (Compton) Kristiansen. In his early working life he was a mechanic at Summerside Chrysler Dodge and then became a truck driver working for local companies and retiring from Armour Transportation Systems. He enjoyed fishing, cards and time spent with his family.

  Survived and sadly missed by his wife of 32 years and best friend, Elizabeth (Killam); his daughters Tanya Poirier (David), Susan Duplessis, Sandra Kristiansen, Denica Matte (Yves) and Laura Kristiansen; his son Norman Kristiansen (Diane); cherished grandchildren Johnathan (Lori), Luke, Cody, Jalen, Xavier, Kayden, Liam Padmae and great grandchildren Lincoln, Zack and Emily. Surviving also are his sisters Ruth Lewis, Mae Milligan (Grant), Doris Dymont (Eric), Beverly Breen (Doug) and Brenda Beaton (Brian) and special sister in law Grace Kristiansen all of Prince Edward Island; his mother in law Laura Copp and two special ladies Kendyl and Sophia Scott, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Roy and Ernest, a sister Ethel, fathers in law Edward Killam and Ronald Copp, brother in law Allen Lewis and nephew Robert Lewis.

  As requested there will be no services at this time and a graveside service will be held later in the spring at Five Points Cemetery.
