Patricia 'Pat' Wilson

1943-2022

Patricia 'Pat' Wilson

It is with sadness the family announces the peaceful, yet sudden, passing of Patricia "Pat" Wilson at her home, after a brief illness. Born in Moncton, she was a daughter of the late William and Idella (Davis) Murray.

Following graduation, Pat worked in the credit office at Eaton’s before it was her time to raise her family. Later on in her life she retired from working in Senior Care. Earlier this year Pat achieved a personal long time goal of seeing a red male cardinal in her own yard. (Even if he was attacking his own reflection in her car rearview mirror). Pat’s hobbies included watching wildlife, reading and doing puzzle books. Pat loved her family and most of all enjoyed the time spent with her great nephew Micah.

Pat is survived and sadly missed by her son, Brian Wilson of Salisbury; her step-daughter, Fran Pratt of Moncton; her step-grandchildren Marie of Fredericton and Rick of Baltimore, Maryland; her sisters, Gloria (Jim) Foreman of Five Points and Edith (Edie) Bastarache (late Bill) of Moncton; niece, Stacey Foreman of Five Points; nephew, Darren (Artie) Foreman (Shara) of Salisbury; great nephews, Jacob, Micah and her great niece Jorja, as well as many extended family members.

Besides her parents, Pat was predeceased by her husband, Raymond Wilson.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Salisbury Funeral Home, 3350 Route 106, Salisbury West (372-4800) from where visitation will be held on Friday, May 27 at 12 pm until time of funeral service at 2 pm. Interment will be held at the New Elgin Cemetery immediately following the service.

Covid-19 protocols can be used at your discretion during these times of visitation and the funeral service.

If desired, donations to the Cancer Society or to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
