Francis Merle Lewis
1934-2022
Francis Merle Lewis, 87, of the Jordan LifeCare Centre, The Glades and formerly Salisbury and Middlesex passed away early Saturday, March 12, 2022 at the Centre.
Born in Middlesex he was a son of the late Lloyd and Elizabeth (McCormick) Lewis. Francis retired as a heavy equipment mechanic with the Department of Transportation.
Survived and sadly missed by his children Charles (Tammy), Michael (Diane), David, Jim (Belinda) and Tracey Alward, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, brother Arnold (Myrna), sister in law Janette Lewis and nieces and nephews. Francis was predeceased by his beloved wife the former Sandra Storey, great granddaughter Isla Jade Melmine and brothers Lloyd Jr. and Stuart (Marguerite).
A graveside service will be held later in the spring at the Middlesex Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of the Salisbury Funeral Home.
