Mildred Pearce

  Mildred Marina Pearce (LeBlanc), 85 (known as "Renee" to family & friends) of Notre Dame, NB, born in Little Bras d’or Cape Breton, NS, passed away at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital in Moncton on Saturday, September 18th, 2021. She was the daughter of the late John Francis and Lillian Irene (Day) LeBlanc from Cape Breton.

  Mildred was a cherished mother to her four children and cherished and devoted wife to her late husband John H. Pearce. Mildred lived abroad in Australia for a time with her late husband and enjoyed travelling extensively.

  Survived and sadly missed by her sister Beverly, brothers Lawrence, William and Kevin, her daughter Catherine Mcguckin, sons David Cain, Kevin Cain as well as several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
  A private family ceremony will be held in spring of 2022 in Cape Breton where Mildred’s ashes will be interned alongside her parents.

  Arrangements are in the care of Salisbury Funeral Home and Crematorium (506-372-4800).
