Craig Close
1962-2021
Craig John Close, 59, of Moncton, passed away in his home on Sunday, July 18, 2021. Born in Moncton, he was the son of John "Jack" Close and Madge (Lewis) Britton.
Craig was a long-haul truck driver for many years and recently worked as a dispatcher for White Cab. He was an avid fan of NASCAR and was a Dale Earnhardt fan.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sisters, Carmen Benacquista (Piero), Chantal Steel (Andrew), Carol Jensen (Fred); brother, Corey Close (Jessica); several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
A private family service will be held at The Salisbury Funeral Home (506-372-4800) with Rev. Paul Legere officiating. Covid-19 restrictions in place. A web-link to livestream the service will appear on the funeral home website on Friday, July 23, 2021 at 11am.
If desired, memorials to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
