Chester Cox

   Chester Ervin Cox, 81, of The Glades, passed away at the Jordan LifeCare Centre on Saturday, May 22, 2021. Born in South Branch, NS, he was the son of the late Austin and Rita (Jeffers) William.

   Chester worked very hard at various things including, driving truck, working at a saw mill and was a long time welder in Ontario. He enjoyed spending time with his granddaughter, Tiffany Beaulieau, playing bingo, watching old western movies, and he loved music.

   Survived by twin daughters, Geraldine Sutherland, Darlene Cox; step-daughter, Pam Milton-Beaulieau; four grandchildren; sisters, Cilda (Wayne) Gosby, Gertrude (John) Gamble; many nieces and nephews, including special niece, Rhonda who visited Chester annually with his sister.

   Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his partner, Donna Milton; brothers, Ralph and Eric; sisters, Irene and Leona.

   Arrangements in care of The Salisbury Funeral Home and Crematorium (506-372-4800). Private family graveside service will be held at South Branch Cemetery, NS, at a later date.
