1943-2015
(Alvin) Leslie Duguid, 71, of Grand Barachois passed away at his residence on Wednesday, April 22, 2015.
Born in Sydney, NS, he was the son of the late Edwin and Elta (Wilbur) Duguid. Les was a retired Sales Representative for the Pulp and Paper Industry. He had a big heart, was an avid sports fan and loved great conversation.
He is survived and missed by his daughter Karen Duguid (Stéphane Giroux); son Curtis (Maude Azoulay); grandchildren Emilie and Sara Giroux; sister Verne Duguid (MacDonald); nephews Weldon and Carl MacDonald and dear friend Elaine Simonds. Les is predeceased by his wife Lois (Dent) Duguid.
Resting at Salisbury Funeral Home, 3350 Salisbury Road (372-4800) visiting will be Monday, May 25 from 2 - 5 pm and from where the funeral will be held Tuesday, May 26 at 11 am with Rev. Danny Compton officiating. Interment at Sackville Community Cemetery following the reception.
