Robert W. Mills

Robert (Bob) Winslow Mills, 72, of Salisbury passed away peacefully Thursday April 2, 2015 at the Moncton Hospital.

  Born in Gunningsville he was a son of the late Russell and Mildred (Nowlan) Mills. Bob was an automotive mechanic and worked many years for the former Hollis Lincoln Mercury Company. He enjoyed country and western and bluegrass music and was happiest playing his guitar and singing along at any gathering. A friend to many cats and dogs throughout the years he will be missed by Brutus, Gibby, PG and Dax.

   He is survived and sadly missed by his children Randy of Moncton; Kristen Moore (Tim) of Salisbury; cherished grandchildren Matthew, Jessica and Andrew; his siblings Pauline Soucoup (late Garnet), Kathleen Gilchrist (Bill), Jimmy  (Late Gail), Margaret Mills, John (Colleen) and Doug (Noella) all of Moncton and by nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his wife Sandra (2010) and a brother Ralph.

   A service to Celebrate Robert's life will be held Monday April 6 at 11 am from the Salisbury Funeral Home Chapel, 3350 Salisbury Road (372-4800) with Rev. Wayne Smith officiating.

  In lieu of flowers, donations to a living memorial for the family would be appreciated.
