Marven Yeomans
1944-2014
R. Marven Yeomans, 70, of Petitcodiac passed away Saturday, October 18, 2014 at the Moncton Hospital.
Born in Meadow, Albert County, he was the son of the late Ralph and Mildred (Steeves) Yeomans. Marven drove truck for Midland and Co-op and retired from the D.O.T. in Elgin as an equipment operator. He loved to hunt, fish and boating and enjoyed time spent in Fundy Park.
Marven is survived and sadly missed by his children Margie Yeomans of Ontario, Bruce (Kim) of Alberta, Patsy Walker of Intervale, Rodney (Marlene) of Fairfield and Tom (Tammy) of Riverview; grandchildren Vanessa, Kristin, Emma, Tyler, Ashley and Jordan; six great grandchildren; sister Barbara Ayer (Barton) of Petitcodiac; the mother of his children and recent caregiver Phyllis Plume of Petitcodiac and several nieces and nephews.
A private family graveside gathering will be held at Hillside Cemetery, Elgin.
If desired, donations to the Hillside Cemetery or a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
