Sibyl Crandall
1932-2014
Sibyl Louise Crandall, 82, of Salisbury passed away Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at the Moncton Hospital.
Born in Glenvale, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Myrtle Blakeney. A homemaker, she was a member of the Salisbury Baptist Church, Women's Missionary Society and the Salisbury Golden Age Club.
She is sadly missed by her husband of sixty-two years Robert; children Daniel (Kim), William (Annette), Frances (Frank), Merle, Stephen (Donna), Sharon (Daniel), Sandra (Paul) and Jennifer (Jeff); sister Eula; brother Don; grandchildren Lindsay, Melisa, Benjamin, Dayna, Kristin, Neil, Shawn, Amanda, Laura, Sarah, Emily, Stephanie, Sophie, Bruce, Emily, Christopher, Samantha, Matthew, Nicole, Michelle, Jessica, Jane, Justin; fifteen great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by son Ivan; grandson Derek; brothers Dean, Frank, Charlie and Carl.
The funeral will be held Friday, September 12 at Salisbury Baptist Church at 3 pm with Rev. Tim MacKinnon officiating. There will be a fellowship/visitation following the service in the fellowship hall. Interment will be at Parkindale Cemetery.
