Louise McIntyre
1934-2014
Bessie Louise McIntyre, 80, of the Jordan Life Care Centre, passed away Saturday, September 6, 2014 at her residence.
Born in Mapleton, Albert Co., she was the daughter of the late William and Annie (Lane) Crandall. In her early working years she was a store clerk for K-Mart. Louise was a homemaker and she enjoyed crafts and quilting. She loved being with her family, expecially her grandchildren and great grandchildren and she had a great love for her cats.
She is survived and sadly missed by her children Sterling Steeves (Denise) of ON, Janet Savary (Phil) of Riverview, Bonnie Steeves (Darryl) of Wheaton Settlement, Richard Steeves (Erla) of Elgin, Diane Prosser (Dale) of River Glade; step-children Michael McIntyre (Pennie) of Riverview and Heather LeBlanc of Moncton; eight grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; brothers Robert Crandall (Sibyl) and Wayne Crandall (Christina) and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her first husband Richard Steeves; second husband Robert McIntyre and sister Elaine Steeves.
Resting at Salisbury Funeral Home, 3350 Salisbury Road (372-4800) visiting will be Tuesday, September 9 from 6 to 9 pm and from where the funeral will be held in the chapel Wednesday, 11 am with Pastor Lloyd O'Blenes officiating. Interment to follow at Fairhaven Memorial Gardens.
