Marion L. Fawcett
1927-2020
Marion Lenora Fawcett, 93 of Salisbury passed away Saturday, September 5, 2020 at Silver Fox Estates.
Born at Dobsons Corner, she was the daughter of the late Miles and Gertrude (MacLeod) Lounsbury. Before retirement Marion had worked as a sales clerk at various stores. She was a member of TOPS NB 3819 Petitcodiac, the Fawcett Hill/Intervale Women's Institute since 1952 and a Life Member of WMS.
She is survived and missed by her children Braden (Debbie) of Sherwood Park, Alberta, Rebecca MacKenzie (Paul), Moncton and Lenora Fawcett (Dave Constantine) of Edmonton, Alberta; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents Marion was predeceased by her husband Dean (2015); sisters Jean Steeves (Curtis) and Shirley Snider (Meb).
Visitation will be held at The Salisbury Funeral Home, 3350 Route 106 Salisbury West (372-4800) on Saturday, September 26, 2020 from 1 - 3 pm. Due to Covid-19, social distancing will be respected, masks are encouraged, and capacity may be limited.
If desired, donations to the Lewis Mountain Cemetery or Friends of the Moncton Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
