It is with heavy hearts the family of Sharlene Smith announce her passing on August 30th, 2020 at the Georges-L.-Dumont Hospital at the age of 62. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children Robert Hooper (Sylvie) of Colpitts Settlement, Greg Hooper (Megan) of Salisbury, Keynan Smith (Tasha) of Edmonton, Jason Steeves of Hillsborough, Shannon Smith of Riverside and Joe Howe of Anagance; 20 grandchildren; four sisters and three brothers. Predeceased by one sister and three brothers.
The Celebration of Life will be held at the family home, 411 Buckley Settlement Road, Anagance, on September 5th from 12 – 5 pm. All are welcome.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
The family would like to send a heartfelt thank-you to the nurses and staff at the Georges-L.-Dumont Hospital for their compassion and support.
