Diana Corey

   Diana Corey, 81, of Havelock passed away Friday, August 28, 2020 at the Moncton Hospital. Born in Dunscroft, England, she was a daughter of the late Norman and Doris (Higton) Howard, and wife of the late Sterling Corey to whom she was married for 50 years.

   Diana was a longtime resident of Havelock, where she moved after getting married in 1958 at the age of nineteen.  She was an active member of the local Anglican Church and donated time to helping with events at the Havelock Memorial Hall.

   Survived by her children, Kevin (Carol) of Pickering, ON, Kelly (Sandi) of Alliston, ON, and Ellen Corey of Havelock; her grandchildren, Amanda & Logan, Gillian, Quinn & Reiss, and Matthew; sister, Kathleen Spicer (Blaine) of NS; brother, Peter Gordon (Sharon) of Moncton; sister-in-law, Barb Gordon; several nieces & nephews.

   In addition to her parents and husband, Diana was predeceased by her step-father, Frank (Gwen) Gordon; sister, Margaret (Gerald) Collette; and brother, Frederick Gordon.

   The Funeral will be held from St. Andrew’s Anglican Church, Petitcodiac on Thursday, September 3rd at 1 pm with Rev. C. Hayes officiating. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, capacity may be limited. Interment will follow at the Upper Greenhill Loyalist Cemetery in Havelock. If desired, memorials to a charity of choice would be appreciated.
