P. Ralph Coles

  P. Ralph Coles, 96, of Elgin passed away Friday, January 31, 2020 at home. Born In Winslow P.E. he was a son of the late Ambrose and Agnes (Birch) Coles. A Veteran of WW11, Ralph served in the Navy. He went on to be a dispatcher with Gulf Oil and later became a Jeweller.

   Survived and sadly missed by his wife of over 70 years Shirley nee Steele, their children Preston Coles, Alan Coles and his wife Lynn, Carolyn Johnson and her husband Mike and Ann Collier and her husband Greg. Survived also by a sister Shirley (late Mac), brothers Don (Marg) and Tony (Ginny) and by ten grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a son John.

  Arrangements are in the care of the Salisbury Funeral Home where a private family gathering will be held followed by interment at Fairhaven Memorial Gardens, Moncton.
