Gail Lyons

   Gail Elaine Lyons, 52, of Second North River, passed away at home on Monday, April 22, 2019. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Bernard and Evelyn (Steeves) Nelson and beloved wife of Gary Lyons.

    Gail was a cook at the Country View Restaurant. She loved her cats and dogs and the outdoors and enjoyed travelling in their motor home. Her family looked forward to her mustard pickles which she generously donated.

   In addition to her husband, Gail is survived and sadly missed by her step-daughter, Kim Rowe of Saint John; step-son, Mark Lyons of Miramichi; sisters, Shelley (Takvor) Toudjian of Moncton, Yolanda (Walt) Kohnert of California; brothers, Mike (Ruth) Nelson of Sussex, Carl (Dawn) Nelson of Moncton, Mark (Lisa) Nelson of ON; several cousins, nieces and nephews.

    There will be a graveside service at a later date at Greenhill Cemetery, Edgetts Landing. Arrangements are in the care of Salisbury Funeral Home, 3350 Rte 106, Salisbury West (372-4800). 

  If desired, memorials to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
