Stuart Maurice Lewis
1935-2018
Stuart Maurice Lewis, 83 of the Jordan LifeCare Centre, The Glades and formerly of Middlesex passed away Sunday, October 21, 2018 at his residence.
Born in Middlesex, he was the son of the late Lloyd and Elizabeth (McCormick) Lewis. Stuart was a retired School bus driver with the former School District 16 and he was also a farmer and auto body repair man. Stuart enjoyed working on his woodlot and gardening.
He is survived and sadly missed by his beloved wife Marguerite (Snider); children Elizabeth MacCallum (late Lester), Dale (Krista), Randy (Maxine), Allen (Cindy)and Lisa Lewis (Peter); step-children Eric Magarvey (Pam), Norma Geldart (Mike), Brian Bernard (Bonnie) and Nancy Jinson (Mickey); brothers Arnold (Myrna) and Francis (late Sandra); sister-in-law Jeanette Lewis and several grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother Lloyd (Jr.).
There will be a private family graveside service at the Middlesex Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of Salisbury Funeral Home (372-4800).
The family would like to express sincere appreciation to the staff at the Jordan LifeCare Centre for the wonderful care Stuart received.
