Hugh McFarlane
1957-2017
Hugh McFarlane, 60, of Anagance Ridge, quietly passed away on Saturday, December 9, 2017, surrounded by his family at the Moncton Hospital.
Born on Febuary 22, 1957 in Sussex he was the son of the late Raymond McFarlane and the late Ruby MacLeod (Adair).
Hugh will be sadly missed by his wife and best friend of 39 years Joyce (Melvin), his two sons Troy of Anagance Ridge, and Jeremy (Rhonda) of Sussex Corner; his three sisters Brenda Thomas (John) of Ompah, Ont., Marilyn Fleming (Bill) of Keswick, Ont., and Bonnie Henderson (Rick) of Yellowknife, N.W.T.; by his three grandchildren, best bud Braxton Scott, and Payton and Jaxson; and by many nieces and nephews; by many aunts and uncles and several cousins. Predeceased by his parents.
Resting at Armstrong's Funeral Chapel, 33 Russell Street in Petitcodiac, from where there will be visitation on Wednesday, December 13th from 6-9pm. The funeral will be held at the Salisbury Funeral Home Chapel, 3350 Route 106 (372-4800), on Thursday at 11am. Interment at Pine Grove Cemetery, Cornhill, NB.
Memorials made to Friends of the Moncton Hospital Palliative Care Unit or SPOT would be appreciated by the family.
