Dorothy Chappell

  Dorothy Mae Chappell, 75, of Petitcodiac passed away Sunday, July 30, 2017 at the Moncton Hospital.

  Born in Turtle Creek, she was the daughter of the late Nelson and Mary (Leaman) Mitton.  Dorothy worked at Fawcett's Rest Home and was a member of the Lewis Mountain Baptist Church and the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 86, Havelock.

  She is survived and missed by her children Christine Chappell of Ontario, Susan Humphrey (William) of Elgin, Brian (Susan) of Sussex, Gary of Havelock, Randy (Bonnie) of Ontario and Dennis of Petitcodiac; twenty-one grandchildren; five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.  Dorothy is predeceased by her husband Donald; daughter Eunice; sons Dale and Junior; grandsons Stuart, Ross and Allen and great grandson Brayden. 

  Resting at Armstrong's Funeral Chapel (756-3361) visiting will be Thursday, August 3 from 10 am until the time of the funeral at 11 am with Randy Matheson officiating.  Interment at Lewis Mountain Cemetery.
