Clarence (Bunny) MacDonald
1925-2016
Clarence (Bunny) Alexander MacDonald, 91, of Roxanne's Special Care Home, Picadilly and formerly of Hillgrove passed away at his residence Tuesday, November 22, 2016.
Born in Whites Mountain, he was the son of the late Lamont and Velma (Coates) MacDonald and stepfather Bruce Thompson. Clarence was a retired sawyer and maintenance worker with Fawcetts Lumber Company and in his early working years a lumberman and enjoyed working with horses.
Survived by his daughter Diana Forward (Ken), Picadilly; grandson Michael Hicks; great grandsons Nicholas Hicks (Chelsey) and Bradley Hicks; great great grandchildren Luke, Halle and Leah; sister Pearl Anderson (late Clarence); step-brothers Colin Thompson (Kim), and Kenneth Thompson and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his wife Rose (Murray); sisters Ruby Brooks and Jessie Ryan and brothers Bob, Blair and Lawrence MacDonald.
Resting at Armstrong's Funeral Chapel, 33 Russell Street, Petitcodiac (756-3361) with visiting Thursday, November 24 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm and from where the funeral will be held Friday, November 25 at 1 pm. Interment at Maplewood Cemetery.
