Shirley M. Prosser
1936-2016
Shirley Mae Prosser ,80, of Petitcodiac passed away Thursday July 14, 2016 at the Moncton Hospital.
Born in Moncton, she was a daughter of the late Lester and Alice (Lutes) Prosser. Shirley graduated from Petitcodiac Regional High School and the Medical Technologist Program in Saint John and retired as a Technologist from the Georges Dumont Hospital after 30 years. She enjoyed cross stitch, cooking and her gardens.
Survived and sadly missed by her sister Judy Seely, her sister in law Linda Prosser and by several cousins, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, sister Eleanor Young and brothers Ivan and Wayne Prosser.
Resting at the Salisbury Funeral Home, 3350 Salisbury Road (372-4800) with visiting Monday 7-9 p.m. and from where the funeral will be held in the Chapel Tuesday July 19 at 2 p.m. with Pastor David Woodworth officiating assisted by Pastor Roger Bevans. Interment will follow at Maplewood Cemetery, Petitcodiac.
Memorials to a charity of one’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
