Boyd Colpitts

 Boyd Charles Colpitts, 52, of Colpitts Settlement, passed away at his residence on Saturday, July 2, 2016.

  Born in Moncton, he was the son of Gordon and Joan (Lowerison) Colpitts.

  Boyd was a welder with CN for 30 years and he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and woodworking. He loved his family and having many people around him, and he was the co-founder of HBIHQ.

  He is survived and sadly missed by his parents Gordon and Joan; spouse Connie Campbell; sons Jake Colpitts of Moncton and Eric Colpitts of Colpitts Settlement; sister Patti Coates (Terry) of Colpitts Settlement and several nieces and nephews.

  Resting at Salisbury Funeral Home, 3350 Salisbury Road (372-4800) visiting will be Tuesday, July 5, 7 to 9 pm, and from where the funeral will be held in the chapel Wednesday, July 6, 11 am with Rev. Danny Compton officiating. Interment at Colpitts Settlement Cemetery.

  If desired and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
