Sidney Dunham

  Sidney Arlen Dunham, 86, of Moncton and recently The Lakeview Manor passed peacefully Saturday, May 21, 2016 at the Moncton Hospital.

  Born in Havelock, he was a son of the late Samuel and Lillian (Kenerson) Dunham. Sidney joined the R.C.A.F. in 1951 stationed first at CFB Chatham then Germany and retired from AMDU Trenton, Ontario after serving 25 years. Upon returing to New Brunswick he worked for Dunham's Contracting Company in Prince William until retirement. Sidney enjoyed his cars and had many throughout the years and loved to trade and maintain them.

  Survived and sadly missed by his wife Theo (Campbell-Power); his children James (Sue-Ann) of Ottawa, Charles (Brenda) of Summerside, Arlene Mullings (Collin) of Kingston, ON; a grandson Mitchell; sister Winnifred Reicker of Moncton; brother-in-law and sisters-in-law; nieces, nephews and step-children Marion, Jobina, Carl and Frederick. Predeceased by sisters Louise Bannister and Barbara McCordic and brothers Kenneth, Albert, Herbert, William and John and a step-son David.

   A Celebration of Sidney's life will be held from the Salisbury Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, May 24 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Dan Compton officiating. Interment at Greenhill Cemetery, Havelock.

  If desired, memorials to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Salvation Army would be appreciated by the family.
